This spectacular 15th floor penthouse on the Potomac was designed by the architectural firm Shinberg Levinas who created an entirely new perspective in the apartment.  The dramatic entrance features a stunning fiber optic sculpture and leads to a circular staircase made of aluminum that acts as the artistic core of the home.

In addition, all existing rooms received a complete overhaul including limestone floors and fabric-covered walls.
