Gordon / Martin Residence

Architects ColePrévost began with a three-bedroom apartment in a 1909 Wardman building with closed-in rooms and dim hallways, and planned a new layout that includes a professional grade kitchen for a Cordon Bleu-trained chef.  The finished residence epitomizes modern sensibilities with greatly improved functionality and flow, superbly finished cabinetry and innovative use of materials.
